BlackChich name is a creative mix of tradition and cultural openness.
It’s a combination of the Arabic word “bakchich”, to designate a tip or a symbolic act, and “black”, in tribute to the richness and diversity of African cultures.
The name stands for a fusion of Moroccan traditions and African diversity, in a spirit of exchange, diversity and culinary discovery.
